Gil Morrell, age 62 of Shelbyville, passed away January 17, 2016. He was preceded in death by his father Harry Morrell. Gil will be lovingly remembered by his mom, Juanita Morrell; his brother and sisters: Niki (Larry) Brace, Gary Morrell, Sheree (Sam) Cooke, JoAnn (Peter) Molnar, Kay (Vern) Finch; many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephew. Gil spent his whole life being cared for by his parents in their home, being loved and teased by his siblings, their spouses and their children. Gil enjoyed visitors who came to love on him, bringing hugs, handshakes, and candy. He brightened the day of those who met him with his radiating smile. Gil will forever be a special boy in our hearts and minds. His family will have a private memorial graveside service in the spring to celebrate his life. Donations in memory of Gil may be made to the Wings of Hope Home, Allegan. Please share a memory of Gil with his family at
