Benjamin John Smith, age 23 of Wayland, went to be with his Lord December 27, 2015 at home with his family. Benji will be lovingly remembered by his parents Randy and Cheryl Smith; his twin sister Rachael (Adam) Austin; his brothers Nate, Alex, and Henryk Smith; his grandparents: Bill and Bea Berends, Ken and Carol Smith; and other loving family. Benji attended Hillside Learning and Behavior Center in Allegan, was a member of Moline CRC, and loved his 18 years playing Yes I Can T-Ball. Friends and family know Benji as a spoon collector, train tracks lover, plastic container lid thief, ketchup enthusiast, and music and Delilah Show listener. Friends may visit with Benji's family on Friday, January 1, 2016 from 1:00-3:00 PM at Corinth Reformed Church in the Chapel, where his Celebration of Life Service will be held at 3:00 PM with Pastor Jim DeZeeuw officiating. A gathering time to celebrate Benji with chocolate pudding cups and Diet Coke will follow the service. In lieu of flowers please make donations in memory of Benji to the family for expenses or to the Hillside Learning and Behavior Center of Allegan. Please share memories and photos of Benji with his family at www.kubiakcook.com.
